Debbie Culp has been part of the Charlottesville interior decorating community since 1999 when she started a successful decorative wall finish business. In 2003, she decided to increase her portfolio of services with the addition of V2K Window Décor & More (V2K). She studied window fashions, learned the advanced V2K design tools, and became informed on V2K’s many different product lines. Debbie added customized window fashions to her repertoire in 2004.

V2K’s process of turnkey window design performed in the customer’s home uniquely simplifies the process of purchasing custom window treatments. Expert design, extensive fabric choice, professional measuring and installation, as well as high-quality manufacturing all play important parts in completing a custom look.
