Debbie Culp is the owner of Gotcha Covered, in business since 2004. She is a graduate of James Madison University. Her love for color and texture, beautiful fabrics and sewing detail inspired Debbie to specialize in custom window coverings. Her interest in design peaked after studying decorative painting at Faux Works Studio where she learned how to fabricate sophisticated textural finishes through the creative use of paints, plasters and stencils.
